Clinical Director

Registered Psychiatric Nurse (RPN)

Full-Time

Role Overview

The Clinical Director provides senior clinical leadership across all therapeutic programs of the organization. Working closely with the Executive Director and the Board of Directors, the Clinical Director ensures high-quality, ethical, and interdisciplinary service delivery within a charitable organization serving children and families.

Key Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in a relevant clinical discipline

  • Eligible for registration with a relevant professional regulatory body in New Brunswick

  • Significant leadership experience in child and family clinical services

  • Required: Demonstrated experience working with Aboriginal / Indigenous communities

  • Strong knowledge of trauma integration, attachment, and early childhood development

Role Overview

Registered Psychiatric Nurses are key members of the interdisciplinary team within a charitable organization, providing psychiatric nursing assessment and support to young children and families throughout intake, assessment, stabilization, treatment, and follow-up services.

Key Qualifications

  • Registered Psychiatric Nurse (RPN) in New Brunswick

  • Required: Demonstrated experience working with Aboriginal / Indigenous communities

  • Experience supporting children and families impacted by trauma

  • Understanding of trauma integration, attachment, and early childhood development

  • Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
