Our vision is to transform practices for vulnerable children. It is time to move beyond trauma-informed to being trauma-integrated and trauma-transformative. Making sense of a child’s behaviors and how the trauma has affected the child, can change their life indefinitely.
Our Vision
Creating a unique team of clinicians who are compassionate and capable of helping children heal and flourish can change the course of a child’s life.
Our vision is to create a home, a safe haven, and place of comfort where children experience the healing power of attuned, sensitive relationships. We honour the strength found in the corrective power of culture and community, recognizing their vital role in supporting traumatized children. We are committed to fostering shared ownership of meaningful, high-quality outcomes for vulnerable children and the networks that surround them.
Together, we gather “practice wisdom” from support services and their approaches to working with children.
It is our privilege to help children heal and bring the light into darkness.
Prevention and early intervention are crucial for many children, offering hope, the chance to dream, a sense of love and belonging, and confidence in life.
